Today (tuesday 13 mars)was a perfect day. The temprature and the light has just return from the winther. The city walk started near the harbour Stadsgårdskajen and went up to the hill called Fåfängan.
The place has the best view in Stockholm. From the summer open restaurant you´ll see Old tow, the city park Djurgården and all the ferrys cooming in from the Baltic.
From Fåfängan we went to the top of Hammarybybacken, a “mountain” in the city where you can still go skiing.
On the way you pass the newly constructed area of Hammarby Sjöstad, which is a town built next to water and which has many restaurants and bars. The view from the mountain Hammarbybacken is fantastic and its possible to se all the southern suburbs and many miles in all directions.
